Tour Description
At Caribe Bliss we offer you the best all inclusive snorkel and beach tour experience to Icacos Island off the coast of Fajardo. Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time for check in and be greeted by our crew and Captain who will brief you and the rest of our guests on all our safety protocols. Briefly after this we will depart our Marina and head over to an offshore reef (approximately 20 minute ride) along the beautiful coast of Fajardo. Upon arrival, dive off and enjoy the diverse marine life around the reef while snorkeling for about an hour. First timers need not worry, the captain will give a quick lesson to those who have never done it before or just wish to brush up on your snorkeling skills. If snorkeling is not your thing just relax on board and get pampered by our crew with tropical drinks while listening to some island music. After snorkeling we will head over to the beach to enjoy the rest of the tour time where our crew will serve a refreshing pre-packed lunch with complimentary tropical drinks for you to enjoy.
After spending a well deserved time at the beach the vessel will head back to Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey Marina and conclude the tour experience.
What’s Included
**Lunch**
Our lunch consists of a selection of turkey, ham or veggie sandwich, fresh made pasta salad or bean salad, seasonal fruit, chips and cookies. Also mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, options for dressings and hot sauce.
**Drinks**
Coca Cola, 7Up, Diet Coke, Water, Piña Colada, Guava Colada and Rum.
**Gear**
Snorkeling gear, floating belts, 2 floating matts, volleyball, football, and frisbee.
Additional Information
* We welcome all family members except children under 3, pregnant women or those with back injuries or recent surgeries due to safety reasons.
* At Caribe Bliss we are very thankful for our amazingly beautiful marine environment and we are committed to protecting it. Please avoid touching, stepping on coral reefs or taking any sea life that could potentially put in danger the marine ecosystem around the island.
* We would like to remind our guests that these environmentally sensitive areas while protected are still exposed to many threats. In an effort to preserve and protect them we encourage you to use long sleeve performance shirts or "rash guards" as well as ball caps or hats for sun protection rather than sunscreen lotion.
* Destinations are at the captain's discretion and these may change depending on weather conditions. Please remember that your safety will always be our number one priority.
* We would also like to remind our guests that this snorkeling beach trip will take you on a trip through open waters. If you've never been on a boat before or are prone to motion sickness we encourage you to take over the counter motion sickness remedies with food at least one hour prior to the trip.
* Transportation services are available upon request if confirmed 24 hours prior to departure date at $40.00 per person roundtrip. There is a minimum number of passengers required in order to provide the service. Please call in advance to confirm availability.
* Due to limited storage capacity we do not allowed beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, coolers or more than one personal item per guest (beach bag or purse).
* No smoking (tobacco products) or vaping (electronic cigarette) allowed onboard.

## Restrictions
No children under 3 years old or pregnant woman will be allowed onboard as explained in different areas of our product listing. You will not be refunded if you arrive with children under 3 or pregnant (at any stage). This measures are in place for safety reasons and in the best interest of the expectant mother and unborn child as well as the safety of children under 3.

##Parking Details
* Free parking available walking distance from vessel.
* Upon arrival at Safe Harbor Marina please inform security guard at main gate you have a tour with CARIBE BLISS boat slip #8102 in Esplanade area.
* Once you pass the main gate, please take the left at the STOP sign to go up the hill and over it. As you go down the hill you will see a gravel parking lot on your left side, please park there.
* Once you get out of your car if you are facing the water, please walk to the left side (always to the left) and look for slip #8102 which is the second one in the first row located in front of the parking (all the way down to the left closest to land or mangrove).
##What to Expect
* Morning tour check in time is at 7:30 am. Boat leaves sharp at 8:00 am and returns at 12:15 pm.
* Afternoon tour check in time is at 1:30 pm. Boat leaves sharp at 2:00 pm and returns at 6:15 pm.
* Icacos island all inclusive snorkel and beach day tour is about 4.5 hours long approximately.
* It takes approximately 20 minutes from departure location to arrive at Icacos island.
* Our first stop will be at the reef near Icacos for snorkeling time (1 hour approximately).
* Snorkeling gear including mask, snorkel and fins will be provided as well as floating belts and floating mattress.
* Lunch and beverages including rum and tropical drinks will be served once we have arrived at the beach.
* Available bathroom onboard, music with bluetooth speakers and the best customer service.
* Gratuities are not included but will be greatly appreciated by our crew at the end of the activity.
* Destination of predilection is Icacos Island. However, we may need to make last minute changes and deviate to a different location nearby if sea conditions change or if there is any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the customer experience. We will always do our very best to take the customer to best area and provide the most enjoyable and safest experience.

* Personal Cup (Not required but we do Recommend as part of our campaign "Be part of the solution and bring your own cup”. Drinks will be served at a measurement of 12 ounces.
*Please bring any dietary needs or personal medication if you are prone to allergies or sudden motion sickness
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date are non-refundable, no exceptions.
* Same day cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals for the time the tour is scheduled to begin (check in time), will be charged full price if not charged already and are non-refundable.
* We reserve the right to cancel a public sail if a minimum number of reservations are not received.
* Customers will be given a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
* There is a non‑refundable rebooking fee of $50 per person if you are a no-show or missed your departure time. This re-booking option is subject to availability. Please note that seats are reserved in advance and involve fixed costs; missed departures due to late arrival, no‑show/no‑call, oversleeping, or transportation issues are the customer’s responsibility. Please call the office to go over details.
* All marine activities are subject to water conditions. Please call a day prior for an update on cancellations or change of destination due to water conditions as per the captain’s discretion. These decisions can also be announced at check-in.
* If we cancel a tour due to weather or sea conditions, you will not be charged. You will have the option to reschedule for the next available space. Our captain will make the final decision as to weather conditions. Remember, a few passing rain showers are normal in the tropics and rain is more likely in the center of the island and to the west. We monitor weather reports constantly, and especially the conditions on the east coast. Fajardo’s weather can differ greatly from the weather in San Juan or wherever you are located.
* Please don’t make the mistake of deciding not to come if it’s raining where you are, as you will be charged if the trip goes out. If you have any questions about the weather conditions, please call us to be sure and we will be more than happy to assist you and go over specific details.
* Passengers who are inebriated, hungover or who are not in conditions to board the boat, the Captain will be in his right to deny the passenger(s) boarding the vessel.
* Passengers that don’t meet the proper requirements will not be allowed to participate and the money will be non-refundable.
* Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we are forced to remain firm about our cancellation policy. Consider that on the day of the excursion we will be there, on-site, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of the cancellation reason, our time and fixed cost are already invested. We may have turned down other customers by holding your space.
