* **48 Hours Before:** We will charge the remaining balance (if any) to the card on file. If funds do not settle, we will text and email you. You will have **3 hours to settle the balance**, or the reservation will be canceled automatically.
* **24 Hours Before:** We will contact you to sign the required reservation documents securely online.
* **The Day of the Charter:** Your captain will contact you directly to provide their phone number and answer any final questions. *Please ensure the phone number on your reservation is 100% accurate.*

## 🆔 Mandatory ID & Waiver Requirements
### 🚨 ID IS REQUIRED FOR THE LEAD TRAVELER — NO EXCEPTIONS 🚨
The lead traveler must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
* **Waivers:** Every adult (over 18 years old) must sign the waiver from the confirmation email before leaving with the boat. You can sign it using your phone or computer. Parents or guardians must sign for minors.

### 💵 Onboard, Captain's Fee & Security Deposit
* **Captain Fee: $50/hr** *(Zelle or cash only).* Please pay the captain's fee directly to them upon arrival.
* **Credit Card Hold:** A **$100 security deposit hold** will be placed on your Credit/Debit card for incidentals. This hold is released automatically 24 hours after your rental ends.

## 📍 Arrival, Location & Parking
**555 NW South River Dr Miami, FL 33136**
* **Arrival Time:** Please arrive **at least 20 minutes before** your scheduled time. This allows us to do boat introductions, sign the Boat Charter Agreement with the captain, and settle any outstanding balances.
* **Meeting Instructions:** Once you arrive at the marina, contact your captain immediately. They will let you know which pier you need to go to.

* Parking inside the marina may cost **up to $40 per vehicle**
* Street parking is also available pay by phone **at your own risk**

## 🚫 Strictly Enforced Rules & Policies
### Boat Rules:
* **Shoes will be removed before boarding.** Absolutely no shoes are allowed on the boat deck.
* Do not enter the cabin wet or with shoes.
* Do not throw paper or anything else in the toilet **($50 unclogging fee).**
* Strictly no smoking inside the cabin.
* Follow all captain rules and instructions at all times.
⚠️ **Important:** Failure to comply with these guidelines makes it harder to get the boat ready. It may result in **denied boarding, early termination of your trip, or removal from the property without a refund.**

Do not assume your reservation will be canceled due to poor weather conditions. Always show up for your reservation unless you hear otherwise directly from us. Weather decisions will be made at the marina.

Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip by emailing [info@bruschiboatrental.com](mailto:info@bruschiboatrental.com). Phone calls or texts are not valid cancellation methods. Requests are not confirmed until approved.
Third-party bookings must be canceled or modified through the original platform. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours of the trip. No-shows are charged in full.
If Bruschi Boat Rental cancels, customers may receive a refund or reschedule option. Weather issues are subject to our Weather Policy found in our website.
