Your safety is our top priority. Please review the following guidelines before your ride:
⚠️ Physical Requirements
Jetcar riders should be in good physical health and free from serious medical conditions, including back, neck, or joint issues. Pregnant individuals are not permitted to ride.
🚫 Drug & Alcohol Policy
Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances are allowed before or during your ride. Renters are subject to a breathalyzer test at our discretion. Failure to comply will result in cancellation without refund.
🦺 Life Jackets Provided
All participants are required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while on the water. These are included with your rental.
🌊 Water Conditions Awareness
Weather and water conditions can change rapidly. If conditions are unsafe, we may delay or cancel rides at our discretion. If you choose to ride after a safety briefing, no refunds will be issued due to weather.
👶 Age Restrictions
All drivers must be at least 21 years old. No passengers under 18 years old are permitted on any Jetcar.
📄 Mandatory Waivers
Every participant must sign a liability waiver before departure. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any participant under 18 (though they cannot ride).
