Booking Notes
72-Hour Notice: Because this experience includes fresh food (charcuterie), you must cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Within 72 hours of the reservation, the food is already prepared and the spot allocated; therefore, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
Weather Authority: The company is the sole authority in deciding if weather conditions require a cancellation. If the company remains operational and the guest chooses not to show up due to rain, it will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, the booking is forfeited without a refund.

Check-in Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows for parking, check-in, weight verification, and the safety briefing.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, it may shorten your experience or be considered a No-Show, as we must stay on schedule for other guests.
