**Welcome to your August 20th Fireworks Cruise!**

We are excited to have you on board for an unforgettable holiday celebration on the Danube. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth boarding process:

* **Meeting Point:** Your cruise departs from **Carl Lutz Rakpart Dock 0** (0-s kikötő). Look for the large red "0" visual marking on the dock structure. Locate the port on Google Maps by searching "Rubin Group".
* **Arrival:** Due to extreme holiday traffic and severe road closures, taxis cannot access the dock level. Plan your journey significantly earlier and use public transport (we recommend the BudapestGO app). Please **arrive at the dock at least 30 minutes before departure**. The boat departs exactly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
* **Digital Tickets:** Mobile network coverage can be spotty at the riverside due to large crowds. Please **print your ticket** or **take a screenshot of your QR code** before arriving at the dock to ensure a smooth check-in.
* **Accessibility:** Please note that this vessel is **NOT wheelchair accessible**. Boarding and navigating between decks require stairs.
* **Policy:** The onboard bar is cashless (Visa/Mastercard accepted; no AMEX). Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.

Cancellation Policy

**Standard Cancellation Policy:** Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the cruise start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

**Special Holiday Event Policy:** As this is a special one-off holiday event, rebookings or transferring tickets to another date or time are strictly not available under any circumstances.
