Description
Fly across Lake Taupo on a fun-filled Banana Boat ride! Good for the whole family and friends, birthdays, stag and hen parties, or even team building experiences.
Requirements
A spotter, someone who observes on the tow ski, needs to be provided. Riders can take turns spotting.
Ages 15 and under have to be signed off by an adult 18 or older. Ages 7 and under have to be accompanied by an adult 18 or older during the ride.
Booking Notes
##Check-in
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time at the Taupō Watersports, berth 22, in the Taupō Marina. Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel and sunscreen.
* Passengers must be at least 110cm or 5 years and older.
* 5-7 year olds must be accompanied by a guardian 16 years or older.
* Passengers must not exceed 120kgs.
* Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted on board and will not receive a refund,
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a 50% refund or credit with under 24 hours notice of cancellation.
No refund will be issued for cancellation within 12 hours before booking time.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We may cancel your booking as late as at the time of your booking time due to unpredictable weather changes. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
Credit card charges: Charges will appear on your statement as "FH* Taupo Water Sports". If you've been refunded, it may take up to 30 days for your card issuer or bank to return your funds.
