IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
You are responsible for following all instructions below. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. If you have any questions, please call Pier 60 Watersports at (727) 335-6931.
STEP 1: ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time to ensure a smooth check-in and on-time departure.
We are located directly on the beach behind the Hilton Clearwater Beach, between the hotel and the Gulf. There is no on-site parking, so please plan ahead and allow extra time for traffic and parking.
Late arrivals may miss their ride and are not guaranteed rescheduling or refund.
STEP 2: CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
All participants must check in before their scheduled ride time.
You must have:
A valid government-issued photo ID
All participants present and ready to ride
Any participant under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
STEP 3: KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Minimum age is 16 years old
Life jackets are provided and required at all times
You will get wet, so dress accordingly
Secure or leave behind any loose items (phones, hats, sunglasses, etc.)
Waterproof phone cases are available for purchase on-site.
STEP 4: SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
For safety reasons, the following restrictions apply:
No pregnant riders
No riders under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Riders must be able to hold on securely and follow instructions
We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone for safety concerns
STEP 5: CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made outside of 24 hours will receive a full refund.
No-shows or late arrivals will be charged the full amount.
All rides are weather dependent. If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Please arrive early, come prepared, and be ready to have fun. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and memorable experience out on the water.
