Thank you for choosing Looe Key Reef Resort for your Basic Diver experience. We are excited to share our underwater world with you.
You will receive a separate email from us with some additional information and your course schedule. You will also receive an email from SSI for your online academic course materials. Just a reminder, all of your academic materials need to be completed before your Basic Diver experience.

Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and Reschedule Policy**

Due to limited availability, no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date. For cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to the course start date, a 50% refund may be issued for the course. Dive courses may be rescheduled to a future date at no cost (subject to boat trip and instructor availability). In the event of inclement weather, alternate open water training sites may be used for student training in leu of Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary. Any courses not rescheduled and completed with a year of the original booking date are subject to cancellation without refund.

All boat trips are weather dependent. We take the safety and satisfaction of our customers very seriously and will not go out in conditions we deem unsafe or borderline. Due to the inability to predict the weather conditions ahead of time (trust us, we would if we could!) there is never a guarantee that trips will be available. In order to cover fuel and crew costs, there is a minimum number of customers required per trip.
