**AFTER BOOKING** please email a copy the following documents to office@enclavemarine.com:

**- HOMEOWNERS OR RENTERS INSURANCE DECLARATION PAGE**
These **MUST** be on file with our office prior to the rental pontoon leaving our lot.

When your rental is delivered to a public lake access or picked up at our facility, a staff member will go over basic operations of the pontoon and review a checklist of onboard items. This checklist will also note the following: ALL ITEMS MUST RETURN IN THE CONDITION IT WAS RENTED. IN THE EVENT ANY ITEMS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED, I UNDERSIGNED HAVE COUNTED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH A STAFF MEMBER AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING ITEMS UPON RETURN AND I AUTHORIZE SCOTT DAVIS SERVICES, INC. TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE $50 PER ANY MISSING ITEM, $100 FOR DAMAGE TO PROP, $250 FOR NON-REPAIRABLE PROP, $300 FOR DEPTH FINDER HEAD, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES. You will then be asked to sign and date the checklist. When the rental is returned, whether at the public lake access point or dropped off at our facility we will check onboard items and propeller condition and proceed accordingly.

**FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE RENTAL.** We will run card on file prior to the pontoon leaving our lot, please communicate before hand if you prefer another option.

- Oar/Paddle
- Pontoon Trailer
- ONE FULL TANK OF FUEL. Please let us know if you need additional fuel during your rental period. For the Delivery option, additional fuel will cost the fuel price plus a $25 surcharge to deliver and refill at the public access. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring the pontoon to our shop to fill up for just the fuel price if you have chosen the Pick Up At Our Store option. If there is sufficient fuel for your rental period, PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY FUEL IN THE PONTOON BEFORE RETURNING.

Important Information

## MN Boaters Rental Permit
The Minnesota (MN) DNR requires that all MN residents age 18 or older to possess a valid MN Boater Education Permit to rent and operate motorized watercrafts on MN waters. This overpowers the age bracket rules for boat owner/operators and is roughly the same thing as getting certified to operate an ATV/UTV or Snowmobile in the State of MN. As a licensed watercraft rental provider, we are legally obligated to comply with this new regulation by informing you of this requirement. We do not need a copy of the permit on file, but you are required to complete either of these exam options (see below) in order to legally operate a motorized watercraft in the State of MN enforced by the MN DNR.

✅Who Must Have a Permit:
- Any MN Resident age 18 or older renting and operating a motorized vessel on MN Waters.

🚫 Exemptions from the Requirement:
- Individuals holding a valid NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate.
- Out-of-state residents renting or operating a motorized vessel on MN waters for 60 days or less.
