Big Fury is a local family run small business which has been happily operating in the Whitsundays for over 14 years. The vessel is a 14.8m aluminium ferry powered by 3x300hp outboard engines, built specifically for charters to the Whitsunday Islands. Being an open speed boat, you can enjoy 180 degrees of uninterrupted views and the wind in your hair as you cruise through the islands capturing some of the most amazing picture postcard scenery, including secluded beaches, unusual rock formations, bird life, sea life such as turtles and whales (July to Sept), famous resort islands, and most importantly no seasickness!
Big Fury carries a maximum of 35 guests. The cruise is suitable for children aged 3 and upwards. Due to the nature of the tour, a certain degree of fitness is required to participate in all of the tour activities.
Our crew are local professionals who love to share their knowledge and experience about the islands and reef with guests, in a friendly casual manner.
Lunch on Whitehaven Beach is one of the highlights of the cruise, where you will enjoy a variety of freshly prepared salads, prawns, cold meet platter, bread rolls, wraps and fresh fruit platter. A sugar hit of muffins and cookies are served on the way home.

##Making Own Way to Marina
Coral Sea Marina, "Meeting Point B" at the Northern Village beside the roundabout by the shaded seats no later than 9.30am. (please be 10 minutes early)

##Pick up service
If you selected a pickup at your accommodation (or close by) we will pick you up at the time shown on this ticket, please be 5mins early to the meeting point. Please note we can run about 5 mins late due to waiting on guests, don't panic we will get you:) if we are over 10 minutes late, please call us.
If a hotel pick up is required (that you didn't add when booking), please let us know where you are staying prior to 6pm the day before your cruise by replying to this email to where you are staying. We will reply with your pick up time.
##What to bring?
• Beach towel, swimmers, hat, sunnies
• Bottle of water
• Shoes you don't mind getting wet, e.g. thongs or sandals
• Sunscreen
• Cash for any onboard purchases such as soft drinks, bottled water and chocolates
• BYO permitted in your own cooler bag- no glass please!
##What’s included?
Buffet lunch, afternoon cakes included, tap water. Snorkelling equipment, stinger suits (seasonal), pool noodles, life jackets provided.
##Optional Extra’s:
Prescription snorkel masks can be hired at the Aqua Dive shop close to the check in point before departure.
##What not to bring
- Glass bottles, Passport and Travel Documents
- Big Fury is not responsible for any property you take on board the vessel. We strongly encourage you to bring waterproof cameras and phones (or waterproof-protected ones).
- No large backpacks or suitcases are allowed , day packs are fine
##Sea Sickness
Big Fury is a fast boast that sits on top of the water. 99.9% of people do not suffer seasickness whilst travelling with us; if you are worried, please bring sea sickness medication as we can no longer issue this medication onboard the boat.
##Important Notes
Big Fury does not have set itineraries, as we are dependent on weather & tidal conditions. Depending on the day conditions, we will use the best locations available. The skipper's decision is final on locations, and any change of tour location is based on the safety of our guests and the best experience we can give you on any given day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or Date Changes
We recommend all guests have travel insurance which covers cancellations
No shows or any cancellations within 24 hours of cruise departure will incur 100% cancellation fee
Date changes are not permitted within 24 hours of cruise departure
Cancellations outside of 24 hours prior to cruise departure will receive full refund less booking/credit card fees
