**WEATHER CANCELLATIONS**
Rain is very common in the tropical region where our tours take place. Our tours operate **rain or shine**.
That being said, the KPR Operations Team will cancel a tour due to weather or marine conditions if necessary for safety reasons.
Please do not make the mistake of deciding not to attend due to weather without contacting us first. If the excursion operates and you choose not to attend, the reservation will remain non-refundable.
If you ever have questions about weather conditions, please call us before making a decision.
If we cancel the tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and review available alternatives, such as:
• Rescheduling to another date
• Booking another available tour
• Receiving a full refund
Due to the sometimes unpredictable weather in the Caribbean, cancellations may be made the same day or on-site if conditions require it.
**FINAL NOTE**
It is very important that you review all excursion restrictions, including participant weight, health, and age requirements.
Same-day or on-site cancellations due to not reviewing or not meeting these restrictions will maintain a full charge.
Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we must remain firm with our cancellation policy. On the day of your excursion, our team is onsite, prepared, and ready to serve you. Our time, staffing, and fixed costs are already committed, and we may have turned down other guests by holding your reserved spaces.
