You must arrive and check in an hour before your tour at our ticket booth located in the public plaza, location links below:

From the booth, one of our staff members will direct you toward our meeting point, you must arrive at the dock 10 minutes before boarding time.
Space is limited inside the catamaran, we have a designated area to leave strollers, bikes, scooters, etc. safely at the dock for the duration of the tour.
Pets are always welcome on board! If needed, cleanup supplies are available.

Your safety is our priority. All tours operate on USCG-certified vessels with licensed captains and trained crew.
Guests must follow all crew instructions at all times. Conditions on the water can change quickly, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel a trip due to weather or safety concerns.
For swimming tours, participants should be confident in the water. Swimming belts are provided for assistance. Life jackets are available upon critical request. Children must remain under direct supervision of a guardian.
Guests with medical conditions, recent surgeries, mobility limitations, or who are pregnant should consult a physician before booking and notify us in advance.
Alcohol consumption should be responsible and will not be permitted if it compromises safety.
By booking, guests acknowledge that boating and swimming are outdoor activities with inherent risks and agree to participate responsibly.
