About
Harnessing the power of the wind we visit sandbars, swim, snorkel and walk through mangroves and islets. The concept behind this experience is that is less like a touristy tour and more like going out sailing with a local friend, we’ll treat you like family.
We are very passionate about protecting and promoting Florida’s unique ecosystem, we’ll sail Biscayne Bay and search for dolphins, manatees, cormorants, pelicans, herons, sea sponges, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, needle fish, star fishes and much more. All while enjoying sailing on our eco-vessel (Hobie Getaway Catamaran), which was designed with surfing in mind.
Please call or text us if you want to schedule a special event or you have a bigger group. Our current capacity is 10 people.
Booking Notes
##We are going sailing!!!
**Important:** Please text or call us at [305-301-3449 ](tel:305-301-3449) one day before the sailing adventure to get a weather update, Florida weather can change sometimes and the forecast is more accurate within 24 hours.
I’ll have some water, healthy fruits snacks and ice but feel free to bring any drinks or food you’d like🍻
We have a cooler, as well as a dry bag for your phone, keys, wallet/purse and other valuables. Try to be minimalist, we don’t have much space on the boat and things get wet.
It’s going to be a lot fun exploring Biscayne Bay and searching for wildlife. Bring beach clothing because you will get splash and most people want to swim by the sandbar. We recommend bringing additional clothing to change after the sailing session.
Feel free to call us or text me if you have any questions at 305-301-3449 or 754-234-5616
P.D We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle and avoid single use plastics.
Don't forget to be on the lookout for wildlife, as it is common to spot big iguanas and beautiful Florida birds in the mangroves across the blue chairs. We may also see swimming birds (cormorants), pelicans and wild dolphins in the Bay).
We'll see you soon!
