Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

Weather-related cancellations do not count toward this policy. If the experience is canceled by us due to unsafe weather or operating conditions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
