⚓ CHECK IN & ARRIVAL
• Check in opens at the time shown on your booking.
• You and everyone in your party must be by the boat at the time shown on your booking.
• All passengers must complete a digital waiver before boarding.
• Late arrivals cannot board and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Expect beach traffic and possible drawbridge delays.
• All passengers (adults, children, infants) must have a paid ticket.

🧭 WHAT TO BRING
Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses Light rain gear (we sail in light rain). Optional pirate attire, bottled water & pirate swag available for purchase on board.

No food. No glass containers. No luggage or large bags (no storage available) .
👶 STROLLER & CAR SEAT POLICY
Trips with 20 passengers or fewer: strollers allowed onboard Trips with more than 20 passengers: strollers must stay on the dock One car seat per infant is always allowed onboard
🚗 PARKING
Marina self parking next to Quarterdeck Restaurant Rate: $5/hour (city managed; subject to change) Bluefoot Pirates is not responsible for parking fees or tickets
💰 TIPPING
Tips are expected; cash is preferred. The Captain can provide alternative tipping options if needed Suggested gratuity: 20%
🌦 WEATHER & CANCELLATION
Trips may be cancelled for unsafe weather, low occupancy, or maintenance If it looks like rain, still arrive — weather changes quickly If the Captain cancels and you are present, you may refund or reschedule If you are not present, you will be charged in full You may request changes to your trip up until 24 hours before your scheduled check in time. Once we are within 24 hours of check in, all bookings are fixed and final.
❗ FINAL SALE POLICY
No cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of departure Missing the boat = full charge, no rebook. Bluefoot Pirates are not responsible for tardiness
👨👩👧 SAFETY
Parents must accompany children at all times Maximum capacity: 49 passengers (all heads count) We are a USCG inspected vessel and carry safety devices for all passengers

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours before your reservation start time. If you do not cancel/reschedule your reservation before 24 hours of your scheduled departure time you will be charged the full amount. Up to 24 hours before your shceduled departure, you can receive a refund or reschedule to another time.
