- This tour is **not suitable** for guests who are pregnant, over 300 lbs, have back or mobility issues, or cannot swim unassisted in open water.

**Things you should bring**
- Swimsuit (wear it under your clothes) and a towel
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Rain gear (we operate rain or shine)
- **Seasickness medication if you're prone to it.** Take it before arrival so it has time to work.
**Nice to haves**

We'll provide snacks and beverages.
**Before your tour**
- This tour boards a 35-ft vessel by a vertical swim ladder. You'll need to climb the ladder unassisted, with no active knee, hip, or back injuries that would prevent boarding in moving seas.
- This tour operates in open ocean. You must be a proficient swimmer, able to tread water in deep, moving water without a flotation device.
When you arrive, your guide will verbally confirm you meet the physical and medical requirements for open ocean swimming before handing out gear. It's a standard safety step for every guest.
