Booking Notes
Please try to arrive at the dock 10 to 15 minutes before departure time to board the boat, load on any food and drink or other supplies you want to bring, and listen to a safety talk by the captain. The boat will not leave without you, but it will return on schedule, so late passangers can shorten your trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation with a full refund is available up to 5 days before trip.
Important Information
Children under 12 are required by law to wear a life-jacket whenever they are on deck (outside of the boat's enclosed cabin areas). The nature of boats makes them difficult (but not necessarily impossible) for people with accessibility issues - please let us know about any such issues ahead of time so we can discuss the possibilities.
