Thank you for booking a 3 hour canoe hire with Salhouse Broad.
Please note, if you are arriving via the main car park (NR13 6RX), it's a 10 minute walk from there to the hire location (on the side of the Broad at the box trailer), so ensure you allow enough time to walk down. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but you may lose time on the water (or lose your booking altogether) and you will not receive a refund. Please ensure you wear suitable clothing for the weather and bring a change of clothes (just in case!). You will receive a safety briefing before heading on the water and you will be given a buoyancy aid to use whilst on the water.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is taken at the time of booking and if cancelled 15 days or more before the arrival date, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.
For any cancellations made 14 days or less and more than 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
For any cancellations 7 days or less of the arrival date, no refund will be made.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not made for inclement weather.
Holding deposits or deposits paid via 3rd party websites are non refundable.
