## FAQ
**CAN WE GO TO THE PLAYPEN AND/OR ON THE RIVER?**
There are 2 great spots to throw the anchor down and hangout or go for a swim. The most popular being the Playpen and the other being Monroe Harbor. Monroe harbor is usually a little less crowded and the water is not quite as rough. Due to having to go through the Chicago Lock to get on the river it is recommended to have a 4 hour rental. NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK.
**WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?**
The rental fee is separate from the Captain's fee. The Captain's fee is usually due upon arrival at the boat but is ultimately up to the discretion of the Captain.
**WHAT IS TYPICAL GRATUITY?**
While tipping is always optional, the typical rate for gratuity is 15-20% of the rental fee. If you were impressed with the customer service from the Captain and crew, they are grateful for any amount of gratuity.
**WHAT IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT?**
Cash is preferred but Zelle or Venmo are also accepted.
