We’re excited to have you join us for an amazing adventure on the water! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience, please review the important information below before your arrival.
• Waiver Form
All participants are required to complete and sign a waiver in person with the instructor on the day of the rental before participating.
Please Note: While the waiver states that a credit card is optional, it is only optional if you are providing a $300 security deposit via Zelle, Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Chime, or PayPal. If you are not providing the deposit through one of these payment methods, a major credit card on file is required.
If you plan to ride with a passenger (double riding), a minimum $500 security deposit hold on a major credit card is required for incidental purposes. The same security deposit requirements apply to half-day and full-day rentals.
• Boater’s Safety Exam
Florida law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, who will be operating a jet ski, to complete the Florida Boater’s Safety Exam before participating.
To help ensure a timely check-in, we strongly recommend completing the exam before arriving. The exam link is provided at the end of this message. Failure to complete the exam before your scheduled rental may result in delays or possible cancellation of your reservation.
• Waterproof Phone Pouches
No need to stop and buy a waterproof phone case before your ride! We have waterproof phone pouches available for purchase on-site so you can safely bring your phone out on the water. 📱🌊

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all of our guests and properly prepare for each reservation, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a refund of any amount paid, excluding the booking deposit, unless otherwise stated.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.
* No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled check-in time without prior notice will be considered a cancellation and are non-refundable.
* If a rental must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions at the discretion of Miami Wave Water Sports, guests will have the option to reschedule their reservation or receive a full refund.
* Guests who fail to meet the required rental requirements—including completing the Florida Boater Safety Exam (when applicable), providing the required security deposit, or presenting valid identification—are not eligible for a refund.
* By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
