Thank you for booking your MACH1 Coastal Adventure! We can’t wait to welcome you to the water.
Your guide will lead the adventure while you experience the thrill of operating your own mini powerboat along the beautiful Carolina Beach coastline. Each adventure is unique, and routes may vary based on weather, wind, tides, and water conditions to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.
Arrival:
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for check-in and a pre-departure safety briefing.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or require rescheduling if the adventure has already departed.
What to Bring:
Valid government-issued photo ID for the driver
Sunscreen
Sunglasses (recommended)
Hat or visor (optional)
Water bottle
A lightweight rain jacket or windbreaker (recommended). Weather conditions on the water can change quickly.
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for being outdoors on the water. While most guests remain dry, we recommend wearing clothing and footwear that you’re comfortable getting a little wet, just in case. Water shoes, sandals, or other comfortable footwear are all appropriate.

Your safety is our top priority. If weather or water conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you to discuss rescheduling or other available options.
Important Information:
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
Please leave unnecessary valuables in your vehicle whenever possible.
Routes may vary based on weather, wind, tides, and other water conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Weather
Your safety is our highest priority. If the Lead Captain determines that weather, wind, lightning, tides, or other water conditions make it unsafe to operate, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your adventure or provide a full refund.
Guest Cancellations
Standard reservations require at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled departure to receive a full refund or reschedule your adventure.
Adventure Protection — $20 per Boat
Protect your reservation for just $20 per boat.
With Adventure Protection, you may cancel for any reason before your scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of your adventure price (excluding the non-refundable Adventure Protection fee) or reschedule your adventure at no additional charge.
Adventure Protection must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added after your reservation is confirmed.
Important Information
Life Jackets
US Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided for every guest.. Children under 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket while the vessel is underway. We provide properly fitted jackets for a wide range of sizes.
⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy: For the safety of all guests, the use of alcohol or illegal drugs before or during your adventure is strictly prohibited. Any driver suspected of being impaired will not be permitted to operate a boat and will forfeit the adventure without a refund.
