This yacht has to be booked with a captain. You will be required to select your captain at checkout. Captains are payable on the Boat on the day of rental.

-$1,000 security deposit charge will be placed and automatically released 48 hours after the rental ends if no damage occurs.
-Any person operating a boat in Florida born after January 1, 1988 must pass the Florida Boating Safety Course before arrival, unless they currently possess a valid boating license: https://100proboats.com/safety-course/ Bring your certificate.
-Any person driving our boats must have basic experience and will sign a liability waiver. ----The Charterer and/or Operator certifies they are experienced, competent, and licensed if applicable to operate the vessel, have sufficient practical knowledge of seamanship, piloting, and Rules of the Road, and that the vessel will be under the command of a competent person with a minimum of two years of experience operating similar vessels (within 10 feet), no marine losses in the last 10 years, no violations or suspensions (including auto) in the last 5 years, and no criminal convictions or pleas of no contest. The Charterer agrees not to allow the vessel to be operated by any unqualified person during the charter period.
