Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.

Tours may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. If this happens, we’ll contact you directly.

• Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
Weather Exceptions:
If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or forfeited booking

Riders must follow all guide instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and must be worn during the tour.
Participants must be in good physical condition and comfortable in the water. This activity is not recommended for individuals with serious medical conditions, back or neck injuries, or for those who are pregnant.
