You will find signs on-site to guide you to the designated area.
Your rental(s) will be prepared for you at the time of your reservation, and someone will be present to assist you with the loading and securing of the kayaks. Please ensure you have a dependable method of transport for the kayak, such as a pickup truck, roof rack, or trailer. We have ropes and ratchet straps available for free.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. In the event of inclement weather, you may receive a rain check to reschedule your rental for a later date. Full refunds for weather-related issues with less than 24 hours' notice are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
