**For a comfortable day sea kayaking**, we provide soled water shoes, floatation vest and all paddling gear; we recommend guests have:
• loose fitting, ideally synthetic, clothing including multiple layers for your upper body
• pants that can be rolled to the knee or shorts, as you will step into the water to get in & out of the kayaks
• a wind or rain jacket
• sunscreen + sunglasses + a ball cap
• bottle of water
If on the 4 hour excursion with the guided walk on Meares Island, also bring:
• extra layers and snacks
• insect repellant/bug spray
