What we need from you...
We will provide you with a wetsuit, a buoyancy aid, a helmet, neoprene gloves and hood if needed. You need to bring CLOSED TOE, LACED TRAINERS YOU DON'T MIND GETTING WET (e.g running shoes). Due to their thin soles, rock pooling shoes/wet shoes are not suitable. Please also bring board shorts or sport shorts to wear over your wetsuit, a towel, swimwear, and perhaps sunscreen.

You are required to be able to swim over 50 meters unaided to participate in the coasteering session.

You will need to bring CLOSED-TOE, LACED TRAINERS YOU DON'T MIND GETTING WET (e.g., running shoes). Rock pooling shoes/wet shoes are unsuitable as their soles are too thin. As well as this, please bring some board shorts or sport shorts for wearing over the top of your wetsuit, a towel, swimwear, and perhaps Sunscreen.
Please double-check your booking time and date and aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your lesson booking time to allow enough time to meet your guides, sign participation statement forms, etc.
