A: Yes, if pass is closed, refunds or gift cards are available. (Only if 100% closed off to travel)

A: If weather is not ideal for personal comfort during your visit, then a gift card may be issued.

**Q: What If I need to change or cancel my booking?**
A: Please email info@cascadeplaytime.com 48 hours or more prior to date of rental to secure changes. A phone call follow up on these changes will be completed.
**Q: Can my minor drive on their own?**
A: Youth 14+ yrs old are eligible to drive their own vehicle. A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the assumption of risk form during visit.
