Shoal Bay SUP now offers amazing fully transparent 2 person kayak hire.

These kayaks are suitable for 2 adults with a maximum weight of 190kg combined. They can also be paddled individually by smaller paddlers. Small children can ride along as long as the total weight is under 190kg and the kayaks are suitably balanced.

FAQs
**What should I wear?**
It is likely you will get wet. Just wear your swimmers and if possible a rash vest to protect you from the sun.

Put on sunscreen and wear a hat as well is advised. In winter and on colder days a wetsuit if you have one might also help if you feel the cold. Unfortunately Shoal Bay SUP doesn’t provide wetsuits at the moment but sometimes has paddling vests available for cooler morning tours.

**What else to bring?**
If you have a waterproof camera attached to a lanyard you could bring this. Leave your phone and other things in the car we would prefer them not to be left at the marquee as there may be times when this is unattended.

We will look after your keys in a car but all care and no responsibility is taken for lost or stolen keys.

Please ensure you arrive prior to your activity time. During busy times like holidays travel times will exceed those by google maps by a significant factor and there can be excessive traffic entering Shoal Bay. Also during holidays and weekends parking will be difficult and you may be required to park and walk to get to our location. If you are late we will try to accomodate your full booking time however we may have back to back bookings for the equipment and you may have a shorter session. Please call us on 0428 604460 if running late.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings (including gift voucher/certificate bookings) are 100% refundable within 48 hours of departure, and 50% refundable within 24 hours of departure.

Rescheduling of a booking is permitted outside of 24 hours from departure time.
Any cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows at scheduled departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable
Shoal Bay SUP reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
It is up to Shoal Bay SUP discretion as to whether it is safe for bookings to go ahead.
Shoal Bay SUP reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule an activity if numbers do not meet the minimum requirements.
If Shoal Bay SUP must cancel an activity due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, the activity will be rescheduled. If the activity cannot be rescheduled full refund will be processed.
