## We will provide:

• the paddles
• the life jackets
• a lanyard necklace with a water bottle (You keep the water bottle)
• a lanyard necklace cell phone protector that gives you the ability to still use your phone for pictures and video.

## What to bring:
We recommend that you bring **a towel and snacks that are not messy and can be poured into a container such as sunflower seeds, nuts, raisins or slim jims.**
