A full refund is available with at least 30 days' notice prior to your scheduled charter date.
For bookings made with an optional 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of your charter.

We reserve the right to reroute your charter to a different, safe destination of comparable value should conditions at the original location be unfavorable. No discounts or refunds are issued for a rerouted trip.
In the rare event that conditions necessitate a cancellation at the marina before departure, you will receive a full refund.
