Custom experiences may depart from different locations depending on the activities selected.
Please arrive by your confirmed check-in time and allow enough time for parking, walking to the meeting point, equipment fitting, and safety instructions when applicable.

Your reservation may include snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, beach activities, a private boat experience, or a combination of activities.
Only the activities, equipment, services, food, beverages, and amenities specifically confirmed in your reservation are included.
Because this is a customized experience, the activity order, locations, and timing may differ from standard Pirate Snorkeling Shack tours or rentals.

All guests must follow instructions provided by guides, captains, crew, and activity staff.
Required safety equipment, including PFDs when applicable, must be used as instructed.
Children and minors must remain under adult supervision.

Activity locations, routes, timing, and sequence may be adjusted when necessary for safety or changing conditions.
Marine-life sightings, water visibility, beach conditions, and other natural features cannot be guaranteed.
Please do not assume your experience is canceled because of a weather forecast unless Pirate Snorkeling Shack contacts you directly.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, as well as late arrivals and no-shows, are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable change fees.
Because custom experiences may involve specially arranged activities, staffing, equipment, food, transportation coordination, or third-party services, certain custom components may be subject to additional non-refundable terms once confirmed or purchased on your behalf. Any such terms should be communicated before final confirmation.
Custom experiences are subject to weather, marine conditions, equipment availability, safety requirements, and operational limitations. If Pirate Snorkeling Shack determines that the experience cannot operate safely, you may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with the applicable policy.
Changes in route, activity order, location, marine-life sightings, visibility, beach conditions, or other natural conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund when the experience can still operate safely.
