1. Your rental or admission is only for the date provided on your receipt.
2. The hours of operation are Weekdays 9am-6pm, Weekends and Holidays 8:30am-6pm. All rentals will be collected by 6PM.
3. Please state your name or show your phone receipt/email to the gate attendant to receive your wrist band and/or rental tickets.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule at no cost. Unfortunately, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your booking cannot be accommodated, and refunds will not be available. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
NOTE: The management reserves the right to close the beach due to inclement weather. In the event of lightning and thunder, it is mandatory to close the beach, and all individuals must vacate the beach area for at least 30 minutes following each lightning strike.
