**Navigational Directions:**
Address: 25420 Rosedale Manor Ln, Hollywood, MD 20636
* After turning into the main drive, take the first left.
* Follow the road until you arrive at the pavilion. This parking lot is where you may keep your car.
* The group will convene at the pavilion.

We will provide copies of adult and minor waivers, which are to be signed before the paddle ensues.

Cancellation Policy

**Paddle Cancellation Policy:**
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made after the required notice window will be considered a "Late Cancellation." Late cancellations will not receive a refund

No-Show Policy:
If a participant does not notify Greenwell of their cancellation and they do not show up for the reservation, they will not receive a refund.

**Paddle Weather Cancellation Policy:**

The following weather events will result in a cancellation:
* The combined water and air temperature is below 120 degrees
* Thunderstorms
* Extreme weather events (hurricanes, tornadoes, heavy precipitation)

Depending on the instructor's comfortability, they have the right to cancel if wind exceeds 15 knots (17 MPH), or temperatures are above 99 degrees. Additionally, we have a **two paddler minimum**, resulting in the cancellation of a paddle with less than two registered paddlers.

Customers are entitled to the following options in the event of operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances:
* Donate registration fee to Greenwell Foundation
* Receive a full refund
* Reschedule for another Day Paddle date

All customers will be notified **at least two hours** prior to the paddle in the case of a cancellation, and will be sent a survey to collect their preference (donate, refund, reschedule).

If you need to cancel, please contact our office at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. **A full refund will not be issued if you cancel with less than 48 hours before your paddle.**
