This activity requires the following in order to rent the vessel:
- A skipper's resume submitted prior to departure day for staff review (email to: sas@sta-sail.com)
-Bareboat Charter Agreement signed prior to departure day
- Every person is required to complete a Liability Waiver prior to departure.
- A 1 hour Skipper Check Out (this will be either 9 AM or 1 PM depending the time you select to rent the vessel)
- The determination of whether the Skipper is capable of handling the vessel is at the sole discretion of the Staff Captain performing the Skipper Checkout.
- All FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE even if the Skipper does not meet the minimum skill requirements to take the vessel out by himself or herself.
- The Skipper will have the option to have a captain join him during the rental period if:
- a captain is available to continue;
- the total individuals, including the captain, does not exceed 5 persons;
- pay the Captain's fee of $125 per hour prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
##Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before 72 hours: Fully refundable
Cancel between 71-25 hours: 50% of charter full cost is Non Refundable
Cancel within 24 hours: Full cost of charter is Non Refundable
$100 rescheduling fee will be applied between 71-25 hours of charter
*This does not apply to cancellation associated with dangerous weather conditions.
