We are excited to have you join us for our Day Tour! Get ready to explore the Lisbon River and share an amazing experience aboard our fleet.
Meeting Point Details:
Location: Doca de Santo Amaro (Alcântara).
Gate: Please meet us at Gate 3 (Porta 3).
Departure: Since this is a shared tour, we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early.
Your Skipper: Paulo Calado.
What to Bring:
Even on sunny days, the river breeze can be cool. For those who feel the cold, we recommend bringing a jacket or windbreaker, as temperatures can change during the sail.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Safety Policy (Shared Tour)
1. Weather-Related Cancellations
Your safety is our priority. If the Skipper determines that weather conditions are unsafe:
We will attempt to reschedule your "Day Tour" to another available slot.
If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full 100% refund.
2. Mid-Tour Safety Decisions
If passenger safety is compromised due to weather or technical reasons during the trip, the Skipper reserves the right to cut the tour short for security reasons.
3. Conduct & Rule Compliance (Shared Experience)
As this is a shared tour with other guests, respectful behavior is mandatory:
All guests must follow the Skipper’s instructions at all times.
In case of non-compliance, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow safety rules, the tour will be terminated for the individual(s) involved.
In such cases, local authorities may be notified, and no refund will be provided.
4. No-Show Policy
To respect the schedule of other participants, if you are not at Gate 3 at the departure time, the boat will depart, and the booking will be considered a "No-Show" with no refund.
