About This Trip
- This 2 hour guided eco tour in 100% CLEAR KAYAKS is the perfect experience central to Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, Santa Rosa Island, Okaloosa Island + the Florida Panhandle!
- This kayak tour starts in a private lagoon before we paddle across open water to secluded islands with white sand beaches! Keep and an eye out for stunning landscapes as we paddle around picturesque white quartz sand dunes!
- There will be plenty of photo and swimming opportunities along the way!
- Our experienced guides will share knowledge about local history, clearly unique ecosystems!
- Wildlife calls this area home, from various fish, crabs, birds, rays, pelicans, herons + dolphins!
Please note, daytime tours are less likely to encounter wildlife.
- All kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers) for odd-numbered parties but we welcome single paddlers!
- Our tours are given in our amazing clear kayaks! We only bring a maximum group of 10 people out on the water at a time, so be ready for an awesome personalized experience with our top-notch guides.
- Safety is our priority. Each guest must attend paddle safety and skills training 15 minutes before the tour and wear a life jacket.
- There are several deeper areas where participants can take a quick swim if they choose.
- Water may turn tannic in color (but still clear) on occasion due to excess rains.
- Water recreation is the highest midday. For those looking for wildlife or a quieter experience we recommend morning and evening tours.

Important Information
- Reservations are required for all tours.
- Alcohol is **not** permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are **not** permitted.
- The minimum age to participate is 5 years.
- ***PLEASE NOTE - EACH CHILD (5-17 YEARS OF AGE) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.***
Weight Limit
- The weight limit is 425 pounds per boat and no more than 250 pounds per seat. Each of our kayaks is double (tandem).

First Things First: Waivers
You’ll receive a separate “Action Required” email containing the waiver. Every guest, including minors, must have a completed waiver prior to participating. We highly recommend completing these before you arrive so we can get your adventure started on time!
📍 Where to Meet
101 W Miracle Strip Parkway

Pull into the Native’s Cove parking lot and park in any available space. From there, walk toward the back of the parking lot and head down the stairs. You’ll see our clear kayaks stored to the right and our dock, where your guide will meet you!
⏰ Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour departure.
Our tours are intentionally kept small, so we cannot ask the rest of the group to wait for late parties. We are unable to wait more than 10 minutes past the scheduled departure time. Please give yourself plenty of time to find us, park, and meet your guide.
🚻 Restroom Notice
Our onsite restrooms are currently closed for remodeling, so please plan to use a restroom before arriving.
⚖️ Important Weight Restrictions
For the safety of our guests, our clear kayaks have the following limits:
Maximum 250 lbs. per person
Maximum 425 lbs. combined between both paddlers in one kayak
If a kayak rides too close to the surface of the water and is at risk of taking on water, our guides may restrict participation in the interest of safety. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns about these limits.
☀️ What to Know Before You Go
Sunscreen + Bug Spray: These products can damage the clarity of our kayaks, so please apply them at least 15 minutes before your tour. They may not be applied while in the kayaks.
What to Wear: Comfortable, exercise-style clothing is perfect! Dress appropriately for the day’s temperature. During cooler winter months, we recommend bringing a light jacket or windbreaker.
Shoes: Shoes are not worn inside our clear kayaks, so please be prepared to remove them before getting in. On cooler days, socks can help keep your feet comfortable.
Alcohol + Smoking: Alcohol and smoking are prohibited during the tour.
🛶 Your Clear Kayak Eco Tour
Your guided paddle will last approximately 2 hours, and your guide will be happy to take photos along the way so you can focus on enjoying the experience!
Our tours are rooted in education, stewardship, and responsible ecotourism. This is a true wildlife experience, which means wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. That’s part of what makes exploring a natural ecosystem so special! Your guide will help you look for wildlife as well as the signs and clues animals leave behind.
