Discovery Scuba diving is an exhilarating introduction to the underwater world for beginners. Participants undergo a brief orientation, learning basic dive skills and safety guidelines. - PADI standards do not allow Introductory Divers to use any form of camera equipment including hands free cameras like 'GoPro' while diving as your safety is the primary concern.

- PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program does not certify you as a scuba diver. However, it can be used as credit towards a PADI Open Water Diver certification.
