We own and operate our own boats!
- Enjoy a relaxing 3.5-hour tour on our custom 50 Foot Dive and Snorkel Vessel, The Sea Dweller III. She has brand new tier 3 engines installed in 2022 to get you where you need to go quietly, safely, and environment-friendly!
- As the ONLY Marine Management boat in the Florida Keys, The Sea Dweller III has plenty of room to move around compared to the standard Newton or 6-passenger dive boats you find elsewhere. Our standard trips include 2 Locations, and over an hour on each location! More time then any other operator in Key Largo!

- Trips include tanks and weights for divers and mask, fin and snorkel for snorkelers.

- All snorkelers must know how to swim and be comfortable swimming in open ocean.
- *AGE LIMITS*
All passengers must be at least 2 years of age to RIDE aboard the vessel and at least 4 years of age to SNORKEL.

As a certified diver, it is each individual’s responsibility to maintain his/her knowledge and skill levels through consistent practice and continued education. Please remember to bring your certification card with you. We check all certification cards prior to boarding the Sea Dweller III.

#Boat Waivers
Please have each person in your party complete our online boat waiver prior to arrival for check-in. Waivers are valid for 30 days. Please arrive at check-in on time with waivers completed for each person in your party.

#All students must fill out a medical release.
Please follow the instructions on the release. If you answer YES to any question that directs you to seek evaluation, you MUST have a Medical Doctor or other legally certified medical provider evaluate you and sign your release PRIOR to arrival. ***No exceptions.*** Failure to do so will result in you being disqualified from attending your course and no refunds will be issued. #Check-in for all morning trips begins at 730 am and ends promptly at 800 am.
#Check-in for all afternoon trips begins at 1200 PM and ends promptly at 1230 PM.
#We can not hold the boats or classes due to late check-ins, and we will not provide refunds for late arrivals and/or mismanaged time so please plan accordingly to ensure a timely arrival.
Please allow PLENTY of time for travel. Traffic in the Keys is slower than you think, especially on weekends, holiday weeks, all summer and the last half of December.
#ALL divers will be required to show proof of certification from a recognized training agency (SSI, PADI, NAUI, etc.) at check-in. Physical and/or digital certifications are accepted.
#Our dive trips DO NOT include free guides.
All of our guides are Divemasters or Instructors. We offer non-private and private guide options. We cannot guarantee availability without advance notice so please let us know if you would like to hire a guide. Non-private guides will likely have other divers in a group with you (no more than 6-7 divers per guide.) and are a cost effective option. If you don't like the idea of sharing your guide with other divers, a Private Guide is the way to go. Private guides are available at a slightly higher rate and will ONLY be focused on you/your booking buddy/group. We CANNOT guarantee guide availability without advance notice.
#ALL STUDENTS AND SNORKELERS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM.
ANYONE entering the water absolutely MUST know how to swim comfortably and safely swim in waters too deep to stand. Our Instructors, Captains and Crew have the right to prevent any student or passenger from entering the water if they demonstrate swimming skills that are insufficient for the conditions on the trip. Guest and passenger safety is our top priority.
#We recommend use of wetsuits from November to April.
Additionally, as our activities take place in the ocean, we do share the environment with several species of jellyfish at times. Arrival and duration of jellies is intermittent and unpredictable. If jellyfish are a concern for you, we STRONGLY recommend use of a wetsuit/rash guard. We have a wide variety of rental wetsuits ranging from kids sizes to mens 3XL and long sleeve rash guards available for purchase ranging from XS - 3XL. We have a small selection of youth sized long sleeve rash guards.
*In accordance with local and training agency standards, if it has been more than one year since your last logged dive, you will be required to hire a guide for your first dive trip. If it has been MORE THAN TWO YEARS since your last logged dive, you will be required to do a Scuba Skills Update in the pool with one of our instructors, or provide proof of completion of an approved refresher course from a recognized training agency prior to diving in the ocean.
*At least one diver in the group is required to have a timing device on all dives. Computers are required for each diver on deep dives.
*SCUBA Diving, Snorkeling, and Freediving are strenuous activities that require you to be in good overall physical and mental health. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your health and ability to dive, please consult a physician prior to joining us. As a certified diver, it is each individual's responsibility to maintain his/her knowledge and skill levels through consistent practice & continued education.
*Please remember to properly hydrate the day before, and the day of, for any activity with Sea Dwellers. Proper hydration and rest helps prevent dehydration, sea sickness, and many other medical incidents.
