Thank you for booking your diving adventure in Puerto Rico with Caribbean Bookings! We are excited to have you join us.
Please review the important details for your upcoming excursion below.
📍 Check-In Location & Process
Meeting location: Sea Ventures Pro Dive Center
Address: Villa Marina Yacht Shopping Mall, Fajardo.
GPS Instructions: Set your GPS to "Villa Marina Shopping Center."
Upon arrival at the shopping center, please park first.
Proceed to our dive center, located inside the shopping center at the right corner.
Complete the check-in process at our desk.
Our staff will then direct you where to move your car for the day and escort you to the boat.
🕒 Mandatory Check-In Times
7:00 AM: Discovery Divers / Beginners / Students in a Diving Course or Certification.
7:25 AM: Certified Divers.
Please be on time to ensure a timely departure.
Note for Certified Divers: If it has been more than 2 years since your last dive, a refresher course (additional $30) is required. In this case, you must arrive at 7:00 AM to complete the course before departure.
What to Bring:
Towel, swimsuit and change of clothing is recommended.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE FOR DISCOVER SCUBA OR STUDENT DIVERS:
- This Medical Form is Required for Discover Scuba Participants Only: If you can answer yes to the questions you need to bring medical clearance.

💵 Important Payment Note
A Marine Fee of $3 per person is due upon check-in. This fee is CASH ONLY.
🚌 Transportation Option:
If you require transportation to the dive center, please contact us directly at 787-717-4502 to schedule and receive pricing.
🤿 For Snorkelers on this Trip
Please note that this specific excursion visits diving sites. If you are a snorkeler, you are confirmed on this trip because you are accompanying a diver. If you are not with a diver, we recommend booking our exclusive snorkeling experiences.
Alcoholic beverages are included for snorkelers (not an open bar, service provided by crew only to maintain a family atmosphere).
Outside coolers or alcoholic drinks are NOT permitted on board.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your dive reservations up to 12pm the day before the date of your dive, if you cancel after that or do not show up for the dive in the morning, then we will charge you for the spaces you reserved -
To cancel do NOT send an email or leave a voicemail, a cancellation must be made directly with our reservations coordinator by telephone.
Groups of 10 or more: In the event you need to cancel, we must have10 days notice in order to provide a full refund. If you paid the optional 50% deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid by the day of your charter or 10 person or more group rates.
***If someone in your party is a no show or it’s not cancelled on time the credit card provided will be charged to cover the suave of one or all the people that are no shows.
Important Information
If you have any medical condition, you must sing a waiver release along with the Doctor Clearance with the forms available with the confirmation email.
