MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Government Issued Photo Identification is REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL and must be carried on board while operating a jet ski (personal watercraft). (If you are booking an online reservation, you MUST bring your valid photo I.D. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All participants shall complete and sign the MANDATORY LIABILITY WAIVER and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the Liability Waiver

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must have, in their possession, a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card (or a valid FWC and NASBLA approved boating education certificate).
If you do not have a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card, you can take the Temporary Boating Safety Education Certificate exam prior to your reservation.

A copy of your temporary certificate must be presented upon arrival for your rental. A physical copy of the printed certificate or a digital copy presented on your mobile device is sufficient.
YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. If you are LATE, do not have the exam completed or FAIL TO HAVE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION at your reserved time, we will attempt to reschedule you to a later time or date based upon availability.
ALL ACTIVITIES ARE WEATHER PERMITTING. IF VENDOR CANCELS OR CANNOT COMPLETE THE RESERVATION AS PROMISED DUE TO WEATHER, OR ANY OTHER REASON, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL. WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU IN ANY CASE TO RESCHEDULE IF NEEDED.

Booking Notes
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
You are responsible for following all instructions below. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. If you have any questions, please call Idle Speed at (727) 605-4211.
STEP 1: ARRIVE ON TIME
You must arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure. Please plan for traffic and limited parking, as there is no on-site parking available. Late arrivals may not be rescheduled. If you arrive late, you may be charged 100% of your booking.
STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR WAIVER
All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to arrival. Any participant under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the waiver on their behalf. Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation without refund.
STEP 3: BRING REQUIRED ITEMS
You must have all required items at check-in. This includes a government-issued photo ID (which must be carried while operating the jet ski), your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone), and confirmation that your waiver has been completed.
STEP 4: BOATER SAFETY REQUIREMENT
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card or a valid FWC/NASBLA-approved boating education certificate. If you do not already have one, you must complete the temporary boating safety exam prior to your reservation.

(25-question multiple choice test). You must present a digital or printed copy of your certificate at check-in. If you do not have this completed at your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled without refund.
STEP 5: NO-SHOW / NON-COMPLIANCE POLICY
You may be charged 100% of your reservation and/or a $50 rebooking fee per jet ski if you arrive late, do not have the required documentation, fail to complete your waiver, or attempt to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your reservation. Idle Speed Watersports is not obligated to reschedule or refund based on participant non-compliance.
STEP 6: WEATHER POLICY
All activities are weather permitting. If the vendor cancels due to weather or is unable to complete the reservation as scheduled, you will receive a 100% refund or be offered the option to reschedule. We will attempt to contact you in advance if any changes are necessary.
FINAL REMINDER
Please complete your waiver, finish your certification if required, bring all necessary documentation, and arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in and on-time departure.

Health & Safety Guidelines
Your safety is our top priority. Please review the following requirements before your tour:
Pregnancy Policy:
For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate individuals who are pregnant on the jet ski tour.
Weight Limit:
The maximum combined weight per jet ski is 450 lbs. Guests must also be able to independently re-board the jet ski from the water in the event of a fall.
Alcohol & Substance Policy:
For the safety of all guests, anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in the tour.
Medical Conditions:
If you have any serious medical conditions, please inform your guide prior to departure so we can ensure your safety during the tour.
