MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Government Issued Photo Identification is REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL and must be carried on board while operating a jet ski (personal watercraft). (If you are booking an online reservation, you MUST bring your valid photo I.D. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All participants shall complete and sign the MANDATORY LIABILITY WAIVER and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the Liability Waiver

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must have, in their possession, a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card (or a valid FWC and NASBLA approved boating education certificate).
If you do not have a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card, you can take the Temporary Boating Safety Education Certificate exam prior to your reservation.

A copy of your temporary certificate must be presented upon arrival for your rental. A physical copy of the printed certificate or a digital copy presented on your mobile device is sufficient.
YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. If you are LATE, do not have the exam completed or FAIL TO HAVE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION at your reserved time, we will attempt to reschedule you to a later time or date based upon availability.

**Important – please read carefully**
Please follow the instructions below. Missing a step may mean you can't ride as scheduled.
**Step 1: Arrive on time**
Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure. Please plan for traffic, since there is no on-site parking. If you arrive late, we'll move you to a later time if one is available ($50 per-ski rebooking fee). If no time is available, the booking is non-refundable.
**Step 2: Complete your waiver**
All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver before arrival: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/61a660ce48dbd/web/ A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign for anyone under 18. Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation without refund.
**Step 3: Bring required items**
Bring a government-issued photo ID (which must be carried while operating the jet ski), your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone), and confirmation that your waiver is complete.
**Step 4: Boater safety requirement**
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card or a valid FWC/NASBLA-approved boating education certificate. If you don't have one, complete the temporary boating safety exam before your reservation (25-question multiple choice test): https://bit.ly/3uQRAAc
Bring a digital or printed copy of your certificate to check-in. If it isn't complete at your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled without refund.
**Step 5: Changes, no-shows and non-compliance**
Reschedules within 24 hours of your reservation carry a $50 rebooking fee per jet ski. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are charged 100% of the reservation. The same applies if you arrive late or without required documents or a completed waiver and no later time is available. Idle Speed Watersports is not obligated to reschedule or refund based on participant non-compliance.
**Step 6: Weather policy**
All activities are weather permitting. If we cancel due to weather or can't complete the reservation as scheduled, you'll receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule. We'll try to contact you in advance if anything changes.
**Final reminder**
Complete your waiver, finish your certification if required, bring all necessary documents, and arrive 45 minutes early for a smooth check-in and on-time departure.
Cancellation Policy
**Full refund if we cancel.** If weather or anything on our side cancels your tour, you get a 100% refund or can reschedule.
**Changes within 24 hours.** Need a different time? Reschedules within 24 hours of your tour carry a $50 per-ski rebooking fee. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are charged in full.
**Come ready to ride.** Arrive 45 minutes early with photo ID, a completed waiver and your boater safety certificate if one is required. If you're late or missing documents, we'll move you to a later time if one is available, and the $50 per-ski rebooking fee applies. If no later time is available, the booking is non-refundable.
**Safety first.** Guests who appear impaired by alcohol, drugs or any other substance can't ride, and no refund is given.

Health & Safety Guidelines
Your safety is our top priority. Please review the following requirements before your tour:
Pregnancy Policy:
For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate individuals who are pregnant on the jet ski tour.
Weight Limit:
The maximum combined weight per jet ski is 450 lbs. Guests must also be able to independently re-board the jet ski from the water in the event of a fall.
Alcohol & Substance Policy:
For the safety of all guests, anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in the tour.
Medical Conditions:
If you have any serious medical conditions, please inform your guide prior to departure so we can ensure your safety during the tour.
