Thank you for booking with us! We are excited to have you on board. Please read this email in its entirety so that you may have the best experience possible.

**THIS IS NOT YOUR BOARDING PASS**
**Check in at the gift shop to receive your boarding pass, prior to boarding.**
If you have not checked in by the time we **START** boarding, your tickets may be resold. Our cruises leave on-time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you are late, the boat will leave without you and you will not be eligible for a refund.

**Please Note**
Our cruises require a minimum number of passengers. If we do not meet the minimum, your cruise may be cancelled up to the scheduled departure time. We will do our best to notify you in advance; however, the cruises tend to fill up throughout the day and at the last minute so advance notice may not be possible.


##Know before you go:

- **Be sure to arrive at least 1 hour before your departure time to secure parking and check in at the gift shop to receive a boarding pass. Must have a boarding pass to board the boat.**
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and dress for the day's weather
- Sunscreen is recommended
- Bring your camera
- If you plan to drink alcohol, please bring a valid government-issued ID
- Bring extra cash/credit cards if you wish to purchase snacks on board. Water and soft drinks are free on the Pirate Ship cruises and available for purchase on the Dolphin Quest and Shark Boat.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.

##Dolphin Guarantee Policy
**Dolphins sightings are NOT guaranteed on sunset cruises**
Dolphin sightings are guaranteed on daytime cruises. If you do not see dolphins, you will receive a voucher for a free cruise. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds. The voucher never expires. It must be retained and presented upon check in for your free cruise. Reservations are recommended.
- We DO NOT guarantee dolphins on the sunset cruises; however, you are very likely to see them. The cruise will end after viewing the sunset from the Gulf of Mexico (weather permitting).
- The sunset cruise duration is 75-90 minutes depending on the time of sunset.
