Without Trip Protection:
If cancelling 21 days or more before tour: Customer receives a full refund, LESS PROCESSING FEES.
If cancelling up to 3 days before the tour: Customer receives a 50% refund, LESS PROCESSING FEES.
If cancelling within 48 hours of the tour: Customer does not receive a refund but tour can be rebooked for any future date.
