1. COMPLETE YOUR WAIVER BEFORE ARRIVAL
Your waiver is included in this confirmation email.
Look for the section labeled “Next Step: Sign Watercraft Rental Agreement/Waiver” and select “Sign Waiver.”
- The cardholder or primary driver must complete the rental agreement before arrival.
- Anyone who may operate the watercraft must be listed as an approved driver and complete all required documentation.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete the required documentation for minors.
The watercraft cannot be released or launched until all required paperwork is completed.
Incomplete paperwork may delay the start of your rental. Your scheduled return time will remain the same.

2. ARRIVAL AND MEETING LOCATION
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time at the launch or delivery location shown in your booking details.
Go directly to the location listed in your confirmation. Please do not report to another Memories Traverse City Rentals location unless a team member specifically instructs you to do so.
Our delivery team will meet you at the selected launch or delivery location.

3. PLEASE BRING
- A valid driver’s license for every approved driver
- The payment card used for the reservation
- Any required boating safety certificate
- A mobile phone that can receive calls and text messages
- Weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, water, and personal belongings

4. LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
After the grace period, a late-arrival fee of $10 per minute may apply.
Late arrival or incomplete paperwork will not extend the scheduled return time, especially when another reservation follows.
Customers who arrive and complete check-in on time will not be charged a late fee for launch congestion or delays caused by our team.

5. TEMPORARY SECURITY AUTHORIZATION
Any security authorization shown in your confirmation is not an additional payment.
A temporary authorization may be placed on the approved payment card during the rental. It will be released after the watercraft is returned and inspected, provided there are no additional authorized charges.
Your financial institution determines how long it takes for the funds to become available again.
