For your group of up to 6 people we include:
Captain, licensed by the Coast Guard
You'll visit Culebra island, and depending on weather conditions, captain
will stop in the most beautiful and convenient beach by the time of your reseravtion.
We include: Snorkeling equipment, Floating Mat
Music on the boat/ Bluetooth, Water, Coca Cola Cans, Local Beers (Medalla Light) and Ice
Food/Snacks & Cooler for your convenience.
The food we will provide is:
-Stewed rice

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
30 days or more before the charter: Full refund.
Under 30 days, but 10 or more days before the charter: 50% refund.
Less than 10 days before the charter: No refund.
Important Exceptions (Force Majeure):
Your safety is our priority. Refunds will be provided in full for cancellations necessitated by:
Extreme Weather: Official advisories or determinations that conditions render the service unsafe.
Critical Emergencies: Life-threatening situations involving our essential operational crew.
Government Mandates: Unforeseen official orders that prohibit the service or create a global safety hazard.
All force majeure claims are subject to review and require documentation.
A Note on "Cancel For Any Reason" Protection:
Our standard policy is designed for unforeseen circumstances that prevent service. For maximum flexibility, we strongly recommend that all guests consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage. This ensures protection for personal plans that may change outside the scope of our policy.

Important Information
Health, Safety & Participation Clause
By booking and participating in this private charter, you acknowledge, understand, and accept the inherent risks associated with marine activities and agree to the following terms:
1. Participant Fitness & Responsibility:
You affirm that you and all members of your party are in good physical and mental health, with no pre-existing medical conditions that could be aggravated by this activity.
You acknowledge the physical demands of boarding a vessel, moving on a moving boat, swimming, and snorkeling. Participants must be able to swim competently.
For safety reasons, participation is strictly prohibited for anyone with a pregnancy exceeding 3 months.
2. Acknowledgement of Risks:
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks, which include but are not limited to: changing weather and sea conditions; slipping or falling; injuries from marine life; dangers of swimming and snorkeling, including drowning; exposure to sun and seasickness; and the remote location of medical facilities.
3. Mandatory Compliance & Conduct:
All participants must complete the digital liability waiver prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in denial of boarding without refund.
You agree to follow all instructions from the Captain and crew at all times. The Captain's decisions regarding safety, weather, itinerary, and participation are final.
The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Alcohol consumption must be responsible; intoxicated guests may be restricted from activities for their safety.
4. Liability Release & Indemnification:
You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Caribbean Bookings Corporation, its owners, agents, and the vessel's Captain and crew from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from your participation in this activity, except where solely due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released parties.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel and medical evacuation insurance.
