We’re excited to paddle with you this upcoming season! Formerly known as our Race Training Program, we’re proud to continue it as the Performance Paddle Series.

Our full season will take place from June through August. Summer sessions will continue in **June, July, and August on Mondays at 6:30 PM.**
At Capital SUP safety comes first! We do not allow paddlers to enter the water when there are signs of lightning, thunder, or high winds. US Coast Guard Approved Life jackets must be worn at all times.
We still allow paddling in light rain! Rentals/Tours/Classes still take place rain or shine.
Management actively monitors the weather and if the radar suggests heavy rains or storms we will let you know if we have to cancel activities due to unsafe conditions.
Any bookings that have to be canceled by Capital SUP will be credited for future service. This rain check is redeemable all season long and is transferable to others.

Cancellation Policy
Program sessions are on a use it or lose it basis. If you purchase a drop-in session and are unable to attend, your paid session will be credited for future use. We do not offer refunds.
