Cancellation Policy
*It is a **mandatory requirement** that all guests hold a valid travel insurance policy. This must provide coverage for service cancellations, travel interruptions, loss of personal property, and all medical or emergency expenses. We accept no liability for costs incurred due to a guest’s failure to secure adequate insurance.
**Cancellation by guest**
The guest may cancel the Service at any time, by email or text message. The following will apply:
If the cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to the tour commencement, an administration fee of 25% of the booking cost will be deducted, and the balance refunded (type 1 cancellation);
If the cancellation is less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the tour commencement, an administration fee of 50% of the booking cost will be deducted, and the balance refunded (type 2 cancellation);
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the tour commencement, if the guest is a no show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be deducted (type 3 cancellation).
The administration fee is to compensate us for the administration cost of processing the booking and making the tour arrangements. The cancellation fee covers the cost of our tour staff and catering in addition to the administration fee
If your ship doesn’t dock, we understand the disappointment and will process a refund for you. We will treat the cancellation as a type 2 cancellation.
