About
- Our 1.5 hour Group Educational Cruise is a private experience geared towards homeschool groups, school field trips, camp field trips, and educational organizations for students K-12 (ages 5+).
- Students and chaperones will be on the boat for the entire 1.5 hours, where we will scout for wildlife, collect data on water samples, and discuss the local ecosystem and ways to protect our waterways!

#When and where do we meet?

**Meet your Florida Water Warriors Host right in the parking lot! They will walk you down to our boat**
*We are located in the Windward at Camachee Cove Marina.*
**BOARDING LOCATION & ARRIVAL TIME**
- **You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.** You need to allow yourself enough time to park, walk down to the boat, and get checked in.
**WE ALWAYS LEAVE ON TIME!**
- This cruise is on the vessel ISLAND BREEZE, on DOCK A-23.
- After parking, follow the Florida Water Tours signage with blue arrows down to the dock.
- Stop and Wait at the top of the ramp until crew announces boarding. No waiting on the floating dock. You will see our boarding area signage.
#Where do we park?
- As you pull into Camachee Cove, **take the very first right** immediately after the entrance and park anywhere.
- Stop in to our Florida Water Tours shop before or after your cruise!
#What to bring
- Water! It's important to stay hydrated. (Reusable water bottles are preferred)
- Weather appropriate attire. (No flip flops or slides allowed, secured footwear only)
- Good vibes

Please note that we may not be able to answer the phone just before a scheduled tour because we are preparing the vessel and boarding passengers.

Cancellation Policy
**Weather**
If a trip is cancelled by us due to unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions WE WILL CONTACT YOU as soon as the captain knows. Sometimes we do not cancel until the last minute due to unpredictable weather here in Florida. We will try and work with you the best we can to move around tour times and days if we need to cancel due to weather. Your deposit will be 100% refunded if the tour is cancelled by us due to weather or mechanical issues.
**Cancel/Reschedule**
If you need to cancel your trip, please give at least 4 days notice in order to receive a full refund. All no show's or cancellations within the 4 days of your cruise are responsible for full payment.
If you need to Reschedule your trip, please give at least 4 days notice. Any reschedules within the 4 days of your cruise will receive a re-booking fee in the amount of 25% of your base price. Please email FWW staff at flwwarriors@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule.
