**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**

- It is mandatory to arrive 20 minutes early.
- The life jackets will inflate automatically in case of an emergency. Customers who intentionally inflate the life jackets in non-emergency situations will be subject to an additional charge of €50 each.
- You may get your feet wet when boarding and disembarking the boat.
- According to Portuguese law, it is strictly prohibited to disembark people inside any cave, ensuring everyone's safety and the protection of the caves.
- To ensure respect for all passengers, delays are not tolerated. The boat will depart at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the activity in order to guarantee a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
– If sea conditions are unsafe, the activity will be cancelled for safety reasons and a full refund of the amount paid by the customer will be issued.
