Please review the important details below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

***Balance Payment:*** The remaining balance for your cruise is due in full **one week prior to your event**. Please reach out if you'd like to add gratuity to your trip total.

***Catering:*** You are welcome to have food catered from Seacrets on your private charter. Any food arrangements, including menu choices and payment, will go directly through the restaurant. Please make sure your caterer knows the departure time of your cruise and coordinate if they will drop off the food to the boat or if you need to pick it up from them. If you are bringing your own food, please make sure you have all necessary serving items packed (plates, silverware, etc.)

***Food Choices*** - please consider the boat conditions when choosing food items for your cruise. Our cruises are generally smooth, but any passing boat creating a wake can cause temporary rocking.
- Items easy to eat by hand are recommended. We provide a table for the food, but there are no tables for dining on board. Avoid any items requiring cutting with a fork and knife.
- Items with lots of juices are typically not recommended as the boat's rocking may cause a mess!
- Sternos or any heating devices are prohibited on board. These items pose a fire risk to our boat, guests, and crew.

***Weather:*** We will monitor the weather in the days leading up to your trip. Don’t worry, we will be in touch if there are any changes to your trip!

Cancellation Policy

#Private Charter Cancellations:
You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your scheduled charter and receive a full refund of the deposit. The deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled charter. The non-refundable nature of these payments reflects the fact that our company may forego other charter opportunities after reserving a vessel for your group or may incur additional expenses to accommodate the anticipated number of passengers. There will be no refund if a charter is shortened or terminated because a passenger becomes disorderly, refuses to follow the directions of the captain or crew, or experiences a medical emergency. The charterer shall be responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by their guests.

The charter deposit will be refundable if our company is unable to provide the charter due to weather, mechanical problems, or other circumstances within the reasonable discretion of the Captain or management.
