Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Tours can be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen operational reasons, guests will be offered the option to reschedule the experience or receive a full refund.
Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure, as late arrivals or no-shows cannot be refunded.
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Guests should be aware of the natural risks of sailing, including boat movement, uneven surfaces, and coastal rocks.
Children must be supervised at all times. Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian, and the minimum recommended age is 3 year old.
Guests should follow crew instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
The Tour Operator is not responsible for personal belongings or events outside our control, such as adverse weather, rough seas, illness, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
